Elf Haul.

Hey everyone :)  Before I get started on showing you my elf haul, I just want to express the fact that i am SO SO SO EXCITED ABOUT CHRISTMAS!! (4 sleeeeps to go girlies!)

Anyway..about a week ago I decided to have a browse on the elf website. For anyone that has never came across the elf website before, it is a place where you can buy cheap but good quality make up and beauty tools. (Ideal for anyone that is on a budget like me!) Elf stands for eyes, lips, face and I do believe that the US and Ireland have their own elf sites so it is great that the products are so easily accessible for most people. I have purchased some products from this website before and was pretty impressed with most products and the speed of delivery was really good also.
I decided to treat myself to some more products as a little treat to myself for christmas..and the fact that I was able to get 30% off my order as part of the 12 days of christmas offer made it very hard for me to resist!

Before purchasing these products..I looked into various reviews about each of them on blogs and youtube etc and most of them seem to get raved about alot which is great.
These are the lovely products I decided to get......

All over colour stick in the colour Persimmon.

Swatch of colour stick. Adds a nice pinkish silver toned shimmer to cheek bones & brow bone.

Lipstick in the shade "Classy". A pinkish toned berry colour which is perfect to wear in winter.

Studio eyebrow kit in medium. (To replace my GOSH version, which ive hit pan on!)

Eyeshadow brush from the £1.50 range.

Blending eye brush from the £1.50 range.

Eyeshadow C brush from the studio line.

Complexion brush from the studio line.

Nail polish on the shade "Mod Mauve." One of my favourite shades, perfect for this time of year.

Nail polish in the shade "Mango Madness."  I bought this as I thought it was a lovely summer shade that I could wear on my holiday next year :)

I am yet to try out all of these products..but one thing that I cannot rave enough about are the nail polishes. They are sooo pigmented and look amazing even with just one coat. I love love love them.

What a LUSH review! Glögg Shower Gel.

Hello lovely people! :)
This is my first review of a product so I thought I would write one of a product from one of my favourite shops ever...the wonderful world of LUSH!

At the beginning of every season, I always head in to lush to have a glimpse at their new products and every year I am never failed to be impressed with their christmas selection.
The Glogg shower gel somehow caught my eye..mostly due to the fact that it contains cinnamon - one of my absolute favourite festive smells. When I opened the lid of the tester bottle I really did begin to feel very chistmasy! The smell is so warming and I felt as though I could just eat it!

Now..i have to say..i'm just a little bit fussy when it comes to packaging. The product comes in  3 different sized bottles which is very convenient - 150g, 250g or 500g in the usual black and white outer packaging. I know it shouldn't matter too much but I would have preferred it if the christmas addition products came in different coloured packaging..like gold or red and green.  (That could be just me though..I will instantly buy something if i'm drawn to cute packaging!)

I chose to buy the 150g sized bottle simply because it was the cheapest and I am on a budget..what with it coming up to christmas n all.  I love how you get a choice of size from lush..it means that you can try a small sample of a product first without wasting too much money if you end up not liking the product.
Anyway... I first used this product on my hair as a mask after using my regular shampoo and conditioner.

I left it on for approximately 2 minutes and it lathered up in my hair really well.  I loved the smell it was giving off..it wasn't too strong at all.
When I washed it out it left my hair feeling really smooth which was great. I tend to leave my hair to dry naturally over night, so the next morning I was A M A Z E D at the condition of my hair! It looked and felt very silky and soft and I could still smell the cinnamon in my hair for the whole day.
One other thing I must add, I didn't use this as a shower gel because I wasn't too keen on the consistency for my skin..as it isn't thick enough.

Overall, I would recommend Glogg to anyone that loves warm festive cinnamon smells. If you want your hair to look amazing then I would really give this a go :)
I hope I haven't rambled on toooo much! If anyone has any recommendations of new lush products or if you want to share your own thoughts on Glogg..then please comment below! :)

Thanks for reading beauts!

Little bit of a haul! : Primark, Superdrug & F+F.

Good afternoon lovelies! :) So yesterday, i decided I would treat myself to a little bit of retail therapy. Now i didn't buy an impressive amount, i had a lot of christmas shopping to pay for. Anyway..these are the little bargains that i managed to nab...

Firstly, i made a little trip to tesco. All clothing was 25% off and I was very impressed with the range they have out at the moment.

I spotted this amazingly pretty floral scarf and I knew it just had to be mine! It is the type of scarf that can be adapted to all seasons & it goes with the majority of my outfits so i know i'll be getting plenty of wear out of it.  What made this scarf even more better? The fact that it was reduced from £7 to £4! Total bargain.
When browsing through the sale rail I found this very chic cream 3/4 length sleeved top.
I did a lot of debating over whether or not to get it because it was a size 14 and I normally wear either an 8 or a 10. As the top seemed quite small I decided to risk it seeing as it was reduced to an awesome £2!  I am so pleased at how well it fits me and I love how it is the sort of top that can be worn casually with leggings or dressed up by tucking into a skirt or shorts. I especially look forward to wearing it in the summer months as I think it would look gorgeous with a tan! :)
Afterwards, I ventured into superdrug as there were a few essentials I needed to pick up.
Now..i tend to travel most weekends when I go to visit my boyfriend and it gets quite annoying having to carry bulky things around in my luggage bag. So to make things easier for myself, I decided to pick up a face wash & cleanser that I can leave at his house.  I picked up Superdrug's own tea tree & witch hazel face wash & all in one cleanser & toner.
I had heard a lot of good reviews about these products so i thought i would try them out.
I tend to get spots quite often, so hopefully the tea tree ingredient will help to banish them completely! I will let you know how this goes :)

I then also picked up some TRESemme hair spray. I don't like to use a lot of heat on my hair but for the occassions that I do, I need a good quality hair spray.  I was looking for one that will add shine to my hair but hopefully not leaving it all hard and sticky like quite a few I have tried in the past.
Once again I have heard a lot of good reviews about this product so I really want to try it out for myself.
I got mine in the number 4 (and it was the pink one so I just had to have it!)

Lastly, I went into the amazing PRIMARK and forced myself to only get one thing as I was supposed to be christmas shopping.  I picked up this gorgeous pair of vintage looking earrings for a bargainous £2!
I love these so much and will no doubt be wearing them all the time as they match lots of items I own.
The primark I visited had a lot of good stock in yesterday so as you can imagine..i had to drag myself out of there before I went on a massive spending splurge.

Thank you so much for reading beauts!
Hope you are all having a lovely weekend :)

Lots of love,

Kelly  x

Hello lovelies!  Nice to meet you. I can't believe that i am FINALLY getting on the bandwagon of this amazing beauty blogging community after watching video after video and reading post after post by so many amazing gurus there are out there.
Basically, i am a your typical teenage girl (soon to be 20 -eek!) with a pure passion for anything beauty & fashion related.  Shopping is something i tend to do on a very frequent basis (unfortunatly for my bank balance!).

Expect to see lots of posts coming in the near future including ootds, hauls & product reviews.
